It was a great pleasure to host our Horsham MP Jeremy Quin on Friday 13th March 2020 at NER’s business in Tetherstones Stables. We toured him the EcoPulping pilot plant and explained about the process of EcoPulping which pulps agricultural wastes. He experienced at first hand wheat straw dewatered pulp that could have several end uses from unbleached paper, fluting, moulded packaging, etc. Our MP appreciated the business potentials of EcoPulping, an innovative technology helping to replace plastic packaging and using low energy, recirculated water, no pressure and no hazardous effluents.
Jeremy said he was absolutely fascinated by NER and he very much hoped that this is part of the solution to sustainably replace plastic packaging.
